Burger loves conveyancing and explaining the conveyancing processes to clients. Burger obtained his LLB degree from the University of North West in 2003 and, always wanting to gain more knowledge about the law, he obtained his LLM in commercial law from UNISA in 2014.
He was admitted as a conveyancer and notary public in 2007 and is managing the King Williams’ Town office since August 2020. He attends to all the King William’s Town deeds office matters which includes, but not limited to, lodging on behalf of the correspondents and ensuring that the conveyancing matters get registered at the deeds office in a speedily manner.
Michelle obtained her B.Comm (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. After finishing her degrees she completed her articles at a medium firm situated in Somerset West. Michelle was admitted as an attorney on 7 February 2020.
Michelle is employed in our litigation department and is passionate about family law.
Upon completing his LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch Willem joined the Heyns team as a Candidate Attorney in 2021 and is currently working in the litigation department.
Alwyn obtained his BCom LL.B from Stellenbosch University in 2020. His legal interests include Labour law, commercial law and the law of delicts.
After a rough start to his academic career, he went from strength to strength and has continued to do so in his professional career. He has joined the Heyns and Partners team in 2021 as a candidate attorney.
Coming from a small town where he fully engaged himself in the rural life, his passion for nature has followed him around despite finding himself in the city. His other hobbies include Afrikaans and history.
