Background: Marzanne joined the firm as a candidate attorney in 2004 and was admitted
as an attorney and conveyancer in the Western Cape High Court in February
2006. She was admitted as a notary in October 2010. She was appointed as an
associate in 2008 and became an equity partner in 2016. Marzanne specialises in
conveyancing in the Property Law and Conveyancing Department.
Background: Celeste is a practising conveyancer and attorney, specialising in the field of property law and conveyancing, dealing with transfers, bonds and bond cancellations. She also provides advice to clients and all roll players in the conveyancing process. In addition Celeste assists with property transfers and transfer related matters of the Khayelitsha branch of the firm, as well as attending to the property transfers of the firms’ correspondents. Celeste obtained her LLB through Unisa and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2014, and as a conveyancer in 2015.
Background: Heather specialises in the field of property law and conveyancing and her practice extents over the full spectrum of all property related matters. She currently assists with property transfer and related matters for correspondents and local clients at the King Williams Town branch of the firm. Heather holds a LLB degree from the University of Fort Hare. Heather was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa as well as a conveyancer in 2014 and as a notary in 2015.
