Tshepang graduated with her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Western Cape. She completed her articles at a medium firm in Durbanville in 2016, where she was admitted as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.

She specialises in township developments and bond registrations with extensive knowledge of private and commercial bonds. She has navigated complex transactions including divorce transfers, deceased estate transfers, developments, sectional title registrations, commercial transactions and property disputes.

As a Notary Public, she authenticates documents for use outside South Africa, executes antenuptial contracts, and registers exclusive use areas and servitudes.

Sonja was admitted as an attorney in 1994, with extensive litigation experience (FSB matters, medical aid regulation, fidelity fund claims, Constitutional Court matters, arbitration and mediation). She joined Heyns and Partners in 2025 and heads the correspondence office in Cape Town.

Hanro obtained his LLB in 2020, was admitted in September 2023, and joined Heyns and Partners in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department.

Kirchna completed her articles in Gqeberha and was admitted in Makhanda in 2020. She practised in the Eastern Cape before relocating to the Western Cape in 2021. She joined Heyns and Partners in October 2025 and forms part of the Financial Recoveries and Litigation Departments at the Panorama branch.
